Ceramic-Processing Machines produced by Zafferani Ceramics are born to automate the 45 degrees cutting process for large surfaces as well as for single pieces, allowing a net reduction of execution times and a maximum precision in processing. The new FX Series machines, evolved from the previous FM Series, are specially developed for stoneware processing.

The possibility to customize wheels configuration as well as other details make the FX Series unique. Our machines’ modularity allowed us to optimize the components and, thus, reduce the costs of acquisition, maintenance, and energy costs (a growing concern when considering the recent rise in energy costs) in comparison to solutions using non-modular machines originally created to process other materials.

Finally, we designed the Zafferani Ceramics FX Series with an eye on user friendliness, keeping in mind the many workers who, up until today, manually process stoneware and ceramics. Our machines reduce the need of manual labor, the risk of manufacturing errors, and the production costs.
