The FX Series by Zafferani Ceramics was created flexible to also guarantee your company can work with porcelain stoneware and industrial ceramic ranging in thickness from 3 to 30 mm,according to your processes. .

CREATED FLEXIBLE
Flexibility, for Zafferani Ceramics, is configuring a grinder according to your production requirements. You can choose from 3 models: 4, 5 or 6 grinding wheels. Then, you decide the sequence and the type of spindle units (Type 1, Type 2, Type 3) for: surface grinding, bullnose processing bird’s beak processing, 45-degree grinding and any other profile possible. Automatic movement of the benches, inbound and outbound, and the grinding wheel units of the FX series machines will allow strip processing with a minimum height of 30 mm.

The FX Series by Zafferani Ceramics meets Italian Industry 4.0 standards and is ready to be integrated in the company network. It is equipped with a touchscreen and PLC for work order management and control from remote.

FX is a complete series, with the basic models FX4, FX5 and FX6 for processing sheets from 3 to 20 mm thick and with models FX430, FX530 and FX630 for sheets up to 30 mm thick.
